No. You can search for agents and contact them on WhatsApp without creating an account. You only need to sign in with Google if you want to leave a rating or review.

Click the 'Message on WhatsApp' button on an agent's profile. You'll be redirected to WhatsApp to start a direct conversation. The agent's phone number is never exposed on the page — we handle the redirect securely on our server.

Sign in with Google, go to the agent's profile, and leave a star rating (1–5) with an optional comment. You can only leave one review per agent, but you can update it anytime.

Yes, completely free. There are no fees for searching, browsing, or contacting agents through the platform.

The badge means the agent has submitted a valid Nigerian government-issued ID (NIN, driver's licence, voter's card, or passport) and it has been verified through our third-party provider. It confirms their identity — but it doesn't guarantee the quality of their listings or services.

Click 'List yourself as an agent' and sign in with your Google account. Complete your profile by adding your display name, profile photo, WhatsApp number, and at least one service area (city/LGA). Once complete, you'll appear in search results.

Yes, listing is completely free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but basic listing will remain free.

After completing your profile, you can verify your identity by submitting a valid government-issued ID (NIN slip, driver's licence, voter's card, or passport). The verification is handled by our third-party provider, Didit. Once verified, you'll get a badge and rank higher in search results.

Your ID document is processed by Didit — we don't store the actual document. We only keep the verification status, document type, a reference ID, and timestamps. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Your profile data is kept for the duration of your relationship with the platform. If you request removal, we delete your data within 30 days. Verification records are tied to your profile and deleted when your profile is removed.

Verified agents always rank above unverified agents in search results. Within each group, agents are displayed based on profile completeness and activity.

No. We're a directory — think of us as a search engine for house agents. We don't participate in any transactions, we don't manage properties, and we don't mediate deals. Any arrangement you make with an agent is between you and them.
